Park Rules & Regulations
The staff and management wish to welcome you to Arrowhead Camp and RV Park. We hope you have a pleasant and enjoyable stay with us. Please observe the following rules to help ensure an enjoyable experience for you and your neighbors.
Liability
Arrowhead Camp and RV Park will not be held responsible for fire, theft, comprehensive, or liability claims on any vehicle or RV/camper. This includes any electrical issues from power surges or outages. (RV surge protectors are recommended.) The vehicle owner’s own insurance is the only coverage on any vehicles or RVs/campers.
Quiet Time
Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive disturbances will not be tolerated at any hour.
Alcohol
Alcoholic beverages are permitted on camper’s campsite only. Anyone consuming alcoholic beverages must be of legal age and conduct themselves in an appropriate manner. NJ state laws apply.
Zero Tolerance
There will be zero tolerance for suspected drug use, drunkenness, underage drinking, or fighting. Local authorities will be called, and you and your party will be removed immediately from the property without a refund.
Campfires
Campfires are not to be left unattended. They must be put out when leaving or retiring for the evening. Please make sure campfires are extinguished by 11:00 PM.
Fireworks
No fireworks are allowed on the campground at any time.
Laundry Room
The laundry room must be kept clean. Please clean the lint filter after every use. Using washers or dryers for dog or cat beds and/or blankets is not permitted.
Bicycles, Skateboards, and Rollerblades
No bike riding, skateboarding, or rollerblading after dark. All riders must yield to pedestrians.
Children
Your children are your responsibility anywhere on the premises. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children may not be left at the campground without a responsible adult.
Pets
Pets must be leashed when outside the camping unit. Please ensure the person walking the pet is capable of controlling the animal. Dog waste must be cleaned up immediately and disposed of properly (please carry the proper items). No loud or excessive barking or aggressive behavior toward people or animals will be tolerated. All pets must be up to date with their shots.
5 MPH Speed Limit
Drive slowly at all times. Please observe the 5 MPH speed limit throughout the park. This applies to both cars and golf carts.
Check-In / Check-Out Time
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Check-in time is 2:00 PM. You must register by 10:00 AM if you plan to stay an additional night (if there is availability).
Visitors
All visitors must register with the manager upon arrival. Visitors are not permitted to have pets on the campground without management approval.
Garbage
Please place all garbage in dumpsters. Do not leave garbage outside the dumpster or outside your camper. Do not burn or leave trash in fire rings. Please leave your site clean when departing. Grills or mattresses are not permitted in the dumpsters.
Accidents and Incidents
Arrowhead Camp and RV Park assumes no liability for accidents. In the event of any physical confrontation, the police must be called. Please report any disturbances to the office immediately. Guests may be asked to vacate the property for violation of rules or if there are multiple complaints from other guests, staff, or local authorities. No refunds will be given under these circumstances.
Golf Carts
All golf carts must be registered with the office. Only licensed drivers age 16 and older are allowed to drive within the campground. Arrowhead Camp and RV Park is not responsible for damages or stolen carts. Please observe the 5 MPH speed limit. Lights must be installed and used when driving after dark. Limit of four (4) passengers per cart. Any reckless or unlicensed driving will result in removal of your golf cart from the property. Golf carts must remain on campground property. Do not trespass on neighboring properties. No golf cart driving after 10:00 PM during quiet hours.
Vehicles
All vehicles must be registered at the office and must have current registration, inspection, and proof of insurance. Broken-down vehicles are not permitted. No auto repairs of any kind are allowed on the campground premises.
Campsite Rental
A campsite rental allows one camping unit per site. Please check with the office before erecting any additional tent or structure on the site.
Refunds
No refunds or rain checks will be given in the event of inclement weather, personal issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. No refunds for early departure. If you shorten your stay, you will still be charged for the full length of your original reservation.
Seasonal and Monthly Guests
Canopies must be prefabricated, portable in nature, and approved by the manager. Permanent structures are not permitted. Tarps on RV roofs to cover leaks are not allowed—leaks must be repaired properly. Permanent fixtures other than RVs/campers must be approved by management. Any RV/camper over 10 years old must be approved by the office. Current registration and insurance are required, and photos must be submitted when applying. Storage containers must be approved by the office and placed at the back of your RV/camper. Please see the office for approved storage container guidelines.
Violations
Disrespect of persons or property, disturbances, garbage dumping, illicit drug use, possession of banned items, vandalism, or violence will not be tolerated and are grounds for fines and/or immediate expulsion from the campground without a refund.
Violators of campground rules or individuals who fail to pay monies owed will be asked to leave the property without a refund. Arrowhead Camp and RV Park reserves the right to remove any personal property left on the grounds, including RVs, trailers, or vehicles.
By entering the campground, you agree to read and abide by all rules.
